I dont really know because I have a girl... Though, the first time she humped anything was in her first heat, but I think that a girl thing... But, I'd say it sounds like he's definately "maturing"... Meka humped my daughter in her first heat and I did discourage it...then she set her sites on a small pillow and I kinda just let her do her thing. I dont really know if your suppose to let em' or not
