I agree with Pilates and Yoga - I was always in great shape until I hit my 40s and then it all went nuts. Last year I decided to really do something about my body so I changed my eating habits (lost 41 pounds) but I swear by Pilates and Yoga. (I always ate well but way too much sugar and carbs). Portion control was big - so watch that.
I always had problems with my thighs but I have two things that can help....and these really work...I lost since June...... 4 inches in my thighs and 3 inches in my stomach from doing rebounding. Our local YMCA has rebounding classes but there are websites where you can buy one....it's a mini trampoline and it's awesome....low impact on your joints too.
Or you can buy (and this also works) that Leg Magic machine.
If you could only do one - then I swear by the rebounding....plus I still do my Pilates and Yoga. I have seen this old body of mine transform over 6 months. Went from a size 14 to a 4 in one year doing all this and I'm in my 50s.

Yikes...did I write/say that out loud..lol
