I would leave him there were they can still watch him and make sure eveything is going to be ok. If is anything like a human brain it would take very little to make it get worse. I am talking from experience on the human side. My daughter who is 13 now (Praise the Lord) got a brain injury in '2000' and we are still dealing with things today so when it comes to head trauma I am a little more watchful of. Our puppies are just like our human babies to us.
