You know what your right!!! I think TLC would help him get better a little quicker. I have heard so many stories about babies that were in the hospital and the ones who parents came and spent time with them got better faster than the ones who didn't that maybe just what little Sam needs more TLC heck it will be fuill time TLC if i bring him home
