Please send prayers for my 10 year old granddaughter, Kallee. She was diagnosed at age 3 with syringomyelia...which basically means she has a fluid filled cavity in the center of her spinal cord. She had yearly MRI's for several years but has just been at a "come back if she has pain" mode. Well she started having pain again several months ago, so we called the neurologist and she had another MRI. We haven't gone to that appt. yet but her pedi dr. said the results came back that not only is the cavity stiil there but now she has a bulging disk at the base of her spine. Poor kid has already had 2 bladder surgeries and been in the hospital several other times for respiratory problems...now this. Please keep her in mind. Thanks.
