 Been there, done that
My son went through the 900 number bit. You know how they seal your telephone bill envelope through a machine, well I received one bill that was hand scotch taped, cause it was so big and thick they could not put it through the machine. 27 pages long it was and it was $1679 for ONE MONTH! Needless to say, the telephone went to work with me in the trunk of my car and I left change home so that they could use the phone down by the pool. I lived in the high desert at the time and I figured that would teach him, standing at the pay phone in either 118 degree weather or -1 weather. Almost 37 years old now and has no more sense than he did at 18, but at least he is not in MY HOUSE any longer. LOL |
