"Now, Pennsylvania residents can report an act of abuse 24 hours a day, seven days a week and speak to a live operator. Cases will be logged and, if necessary, PSPCA agents will be dispatched immediately. If a case is outside of our jurisdiction, we will forward the information to the appropriate humane society."
