I don't know anything about breeding, but as I see there's no one else on here, thought I'd reply. From what I've seen on other posts, I think you should take her to a vet. I think one hour is too long between puppies. Is there an emergency vet near you? perhaps you could phone them.?

I hope someone with more knowledge would come on to help you. I hope all goes well.
