You could be right for today but at the time it sounds like it was legal.
Also I met the lady by chance and didn't keep much record of her just though I would give an example of anumal curelty in the world. Not wanting to start a debate on this GOD THING, AND ACCIDENT THING it's a saying meaning she got what she deserved. I am not saying everyone who gets hurt or dies get's what tey deserve but that lady did. WHAT'S GOOD FOR ONE ISN'T FOR All!!
