I just told her about retaining a puppy.
She had no idea there was so much involved....lol
I had a friend that has her Yorkies x-rayed. One time the vet said the mom was going to have 3 puppies but she had 4 and another time the vet said she was going to have 5 but she had four. I think x-rays are important if you are breeding a very small female so you know if she can pass the puppy. The best thing is to not breed tiny females.

Mom and babies are doing well. Thanks for your concerns. I hope your daughter has good luck with her lab. Now that will be a real job taking care of Lab puppies.
