I'm so sorry about little Milo. Accidents happen and they are not necessarily due to neglect. Sometimes we have the best intentions and do the thing we think is right and it doesn't turn out the way we intended. My Tinkerbelle always runs away off leash, so I don't let her off! But you didn't know Milo would run.
