I see huge red flags on that website.

The first one is that he lets the puppies go at only eight weeks. That violates the YTCA rules which require breeders to keep Yorkie puppies until they are at least twelve weeks old.

8) All puppies leaving the breeders possession will be a minimum of twelve (12) weeks
of age to facilitate adequate socialization as well as appropriate emotional and
temperament development through interaction with siblings, dam and other dogs
.

He registers the puppies with APRI which is one of those "alternative" registries that are a piece of paper only. They are one of the registries used by puppy mills and backyard breeders.
