Utilize Fast Pass- its best if you get them earlier in the day as they often go as the day goes on.

If is it taking place during your visit, I'd suggest going to the Pirate and Princess Party at the Magic Kingdom. So much fun!

We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside (downtown disney) We are going for 7 days, 6 nights. We will be back on March 2nd.
Thank you everyone for the great tips. I haven't been since I was in my teens and we want to try and be organized and make the most of every park.
We did make a few reservations already.
