JMO but I don't like the way the puppies look, to me I get the impression that they may be coming from not so great conditions. I also don't like that the refer to them by number. And the health guarentee isn't worth anything

I'm pretty sure just about any hereditary defect could still leave you with a companion pet if it wasn't something that caused death kwim, and the first part of the agreement says this

sort of puts the buyer in a contract that is only protecting the breeder or more then likely broker that is selling
