AKC - Was established in 1884 do know that AKC does have criteria and guidelines for breeders to follow. Breeders are subject to inspection.
UKC - Was established in 1898 for Performance Dogs....Not familiar with UKC criteria.
The only thing that you should be concerned about is that your pup is healthy, good representation of the and comes from a breeder that will stand behind their dogs.
