My Boxer and Piper both had an URI about a month ago. Scared the crap out of me. After several vet visits and meds they both are fine. After getting the news that I lost Maxx before even bringing him home to an URI or Pnemonia I wasn't taking any chances. Surprisingly, my Chi went unscathed...Thank God!!
