Poor Rebel..so glad that you were home when this happened. Izzy doesn't wear her tags in the house. But you might try these....I have a few floor vents too but I purchased these plastic hoods that are supposed to direct the heat towards you rather than the ceiling. They cover just enough where your baby can't get tags caught in them. I can't for the life of me remember where I got them since it was so long ago but I bet Home Depot or Lowes carry something similar. It's clear plastic with built in magnets that hold it to the vent. Maybe even Google them...they were not expensive either.
