Your little one needs to eat, so.... why not get in the kitchen and boil up a lean chicken breast. Using just a bit of broth smash up a bit of the meat until it is a thick mush. Add some kibble and let it get soft. Hopefully he will eat his "doctored up kibble.
I would also continue with a bit of Kayro Syrup or Nutrical. Be sure to discuss this with your vet when you take the little one for his well puppy check-up.
