I was just reading the most horrible things about animal cruelty. I was reading about the pregnant pitbull that was hung by its neck and stoned to death by a couple of creeps who haven't been found yet. I was also reading about the man who RAPED a dog! Who does that? On top of all the stories about people setting animals on fire. I once read about a dogsitter who set a dog on fire and put it out with bleach. Can you imagine that dog's pain?! It just brings me to tears. Why would someone do that to a poor defensless animal that can't fight back. To hear those cries of pain and keep going. What kind of people can do such things to animals that are reputed as "man's best friend" and are so incredibly loyal? It just makes you think sometimes doesn't it? Why would someone want to bring pain to an animal that only wants to give them love? Also, if you are charged guilty of animal cruelty is a maximum of 5-10 years while if lit a person on fire and killed them they'd get life in prison or the death sentence. It just bothers me that people think so little of animals nowadays. When will this unnecessary violence stop, I wonder. It was just bothering me and I thought I'd share my thoughts. I'd love to hear yours. Please reply.
