Just saw on "Animal Planet" a Q&A regarding a man who sued one of these lying breeders .... was awarded the money he paid for the dog!
That's good ... bad thing is ... who could give the puppy up??
I think the fair thing would be ... award the purchase price AND get to keep the puppy!! A few times and it might discourage the dishonest breeders out there!!
