You said in another post that your roommate breeds these Havanese/Maltese mix puppies. You also said that you do all of the online listings for her because she doesn't know how. I see that your name is next to the phone number (in the contact info line)....does she also not know how to answer the phone??
As for your original question....I think that he is wayyyyyyyy too small and you should just go ahead and neuter him.
