Yes, MyPyramid is awesome!!! We also use this in my nutrition classes. It honestly will help you live a healthy lifestyle with good eating habits. It has a few drawbacks though...They don't differentiate between foods that are high fat and low fat...So, you need to use common sense with those things...For example, fish has a healthier type of fat than red meat, etc...
