Oh my goodness! I didn't realize that was all they had to do to contract it. I had her out on our front lawn for about 5 minutes. Other than that she has been inside since birth and the visits to the vet for exams, dew claws, tail docking. I hope she doesn't contract anything. I will most definetly keep her inside. Can a dog be a carrier of parvo and not get it because they are updated on shots? Just wondering because we have had other dogs on our lawn, but they are all up to date on their shots.
