My confession concerning reading long posts -
I agree with those who have already posted. I won't even attempt to read those;
1. without paragraphs.
2. without punctuation.
3. with no caps, all caps, or every word capitalized.
4. with too much emphasize, intensity, or drama (IE; everything is !!!!! and OMG).
If the post passes the above, then I'll start with the first short paragraph. But for me to keep reading after that, it has got to keep my attention by either;
1. making me laugh or
2. slapping me in the face or grabbing me by the neck or heart or peanuts.
A forum of this type and popularity is just too time consuming to have to trudge through grade school level ramblings. Fortunately, this forum has attracted very bright and articulate folks. |
