ok- just got bk from the store. I got unbleached white flour AND also rye flour. I read that rye bread is low oxalate so maybe rye flour would be ok. it says for ingredients on the box: 100% whole grain rye flour
but i wont use it if someone says its not a good idea. I got the unbleached white bc it's supposed to be better than all purpose flour
I also got the salflower oil and unsweetened applesauce.
I couldn't remember where blueberries and cranberries fell on the list but i just checked and they are "moderate" so maybe i should not use those at all. or if maybe a JUST tad bit wouldn't hurt? what do you think?
Picked up a cute little bone cookie cutter too!
You would think i am starting a dog cookie business with the amount of research and thought i have put into this.
the cranberries i got are the ocean spray canned not dried- i read that dried cranberries are on the moderate list
i am needing to find out if rye flour i guess is on the low oxalate list somewhere..
:-)))))
