I saw a lady on Dr Phil a couple of days ago that got so fed up with Comcast's lack of response she took a hammer to their office and beat their phone and computer to pieces. Her reasoning; "if I didn't have a phone that worked, they shouldn't either!" She was like 76 years old
Although I in no way condone what she did, I have to admit...a small part of me was saying "You Go Grandma!"
