Especially if you are trying to lose weight, breakfast is THE most important meal. Not eating breakfast encourages your metabolism to stay low. If you are not very hungry in the mornings, focus on a food that is high protein and it doesn't need to be a lot - but you should eat something.
6 meals a day doesn't work for people who are super busy, but it is a very wise way to eat for weight loss. Each meal should be approximately 250-300 calories (which is not much at all), balanced in protein, healthy carbs and low in fat and that will keep your blood sugar levels even and not allow you to become so hungry you eat everything in the house!!!!
Drinking water is equally important. Really strive to get 6-8 glasses a day. A glass before each meal will really help you feel full as well. Good luck!!!!
