Losing weight is very hard..you really have to exercise everyday..I used to walk 1 1/2 miles a day(everyday), rain, snow, it didn't matter what the weather was like..once you get out of that habit, it's hard to get back in to it..
You have to remember, you know your body better than anyone else, and you have to do what is right for you to lose it...I know with me, I have to eat under 1200 calories a day to lose weight..but, also remember, it's best to take it off slow..just a couple pounds a week..keep plenty of fresh fruits and veggies in the house too, and when you get hungry, snack on one of those instead..but, also, if you have a craving for something, eat a little bit of it, don't deprive yourself, or you will end up eating a lot more of that one thing later...good luck!! too bad we weren't closer to eachother, we could diet and walk together |
