Thanks...it works for him, he is so thin but also very athletic so i guess eating 6 meals a day always keeps you burning calories. I work out, atleast try to everyday. When i was in HS i was so thin cause i would eat like once a day, i would eat lunch and that's it. When i would get home i just wasn't ever hungry and i never ate breakfast and i was soo skinny. I'm not really a breakfast person, im doing it cause it's healthy but we'll see.
