I lost 60 lbs in 3 mos before, eating under 1000 calories a day..Everyone says you have to eat breakfast to lose weight, and your brother is right by what they say..but, with my body, if I ate 6 small meals a day, I would gain weight..I never eat breakfast, nor hardly do I ever eat lunch..I only eat when I'm hungry..If you're hungry, drink a big glass of water within 10 min. if you're still hungry, then you need to eat, if not, then its just a habit of eating...I have worked at 2 exercise places.. |
