Very dangerous Pneumonia is extremely dangerous for small dogs. I lost my Max at age four months from pnuemonia, complicated by liver shunt. Pneumonia is dangerous especially to infants and senior citizens (humans) so you can imagine how dangerous it is for small tiny puppies. The heavier weight, the better chance they have of fighting it. Max was not quite a full pound when he died. The tinies have no reserves to fight it. But it sounds like your pups have an URI, not necessarily pneumonia, keep taking them to the vet until they are all clear, you do not want pnuemonia. |
