Oh, Bubba has always let her be in control -- Roxy is definitely the alpha dog. They are 6 yrs old, I adopted them almost 5 yrs ago -- they have been together since they were a few mths old. Their original owner said Roxy told Bubba off within a day of her arrival - he was there for about 2 weeks, before she arrived, and he was bigger than her -- but at that point he gave over to her

But I have never seen her act like this before -- but lately she has been a bit growly -- she is 3lbs 4 oz - she does a good job protecting herself. If she's laying under the blanket next to me, she'll growl when Bubba or my Siamese is approaching, not sure if this is to say, "I'm under here don't jump on me" or if it is to say "go away, I want my mom to myself."
