Iam sure the girls will get used to apartment living quite quickly and great news about the 2 walks a day...
As for the cats....can't help you there Alfie hates them and Lottie hates them because Alfie hates them.Try giving them a treat everytime they see a cat just try to give them it when they are not going crazy. Best of luck.
