Took him to the vet this morning, poor thing, he is having a lot of blood in his stool, vet confirmed several parasites are eating at his colon. he is put on many meds which will eliminate them over time, but has asked I also put bandit on the meds as well as they sniff each other poo. His liver values were a bit better today and also kidneys. So my thinking is that the man was feeding this poor baby some really dreadful food and allowing him to eat what he liked. I have to watch him carefully as he has NO appetite for food but will eat a bit of yoghurt, so I gave him some. Vet said if nothing changes and the blood becomes more and more bring him in tomorrow he has opening times for special emergencies only.
