I added that many pet owners wouldn't think of taking their pets to PetSmart, because of PetSmart's irresponsible grooming practices. I let him know that I was calling from VA about this, and word is travelling fast on the 'net ~ that PetSmart is getting quite a bad rep because of their grooming departments. So, there LOL

He could have just been 'handling' me; but he seemed sincere when he said he would definitely look into it, and speak to the grooming dept head. He thanked me many times for taking time to alert him.

well,,, YOU GO GIRL!!!! Get Em!!!! lol,, I'm proud of ya!! and certainly hope it perked their attention! I've never used Petsmart for grooming,, watching thru the glass scared me of it,, and i've not seen anything like that happen!! our groomer recently "moved", now to find her again!!! I just can't handle trimming their nails,,i quicked a dog of my parents once,, made me ILL,, poor baby,, just can't stand the thought of doing such to one of MY babies!! glad ya got em told!!!
