I agree - you need to spend time with the litter to make your decision. I think the personality/disposition is the most important factor. When I had decided to get a Yorkie I had my mind made up that I wanted a female. I had a female cat that was my furkid for 16 years and I loved her dearly (and still miss her). So my mind was made up. We spent hours with a litter of 2 females and 2 males. My first thought was that Samson was cute but I wanted a female. After spending a few hours with all of the puppies my husband and I just couldn't resist Samson. Don't know how to explain it but he just 'fit' with us perfectly. And he has been the light of our lives since. So go into this with an open mind and best of luck!
