Happy birthday Bucky!!
It is so hard for us workers that have Yorkies. I have a Shi Tzu (a LOW energy dog that would sleep 23 hours a day if I didn't bother him with food and water) and a Yorkie (a HIGH energy dog that fears he will miss something if he shuts his eyes). I do feel jealous of other families that are able to stay home with their babies all day. If you kennel them through the day, they definitely need some good exercise when you get home.
To me, it sounds like the hand biting is a bit of boundary stretching at 6 months (I would think that's close to beyond the mouthing stage). I've heard that yelling "No Bark" to some yappers only challenges them to yell louder than you. You might try a spray bottle for the barking (and the biting). We use the spray bottle for any bad-boy behavior.
And our rule is if the dogs don't settle down to sleep within a few minutes, they sleep in the kennel. It doesn't take too many nights for them to figure out what night-night time is for.
Good Luck!!
