I don't think it's wrong to breed as long as it is done correctly. Any puppy that can't find a home a responsible breeder would be more than willing to keep. Yorkies are so overbred and diseased now that testing needs to be done. If people researched (like you are now) and took their time and did it the right way I don't think too many people would say it is wrong...
