See if those baby teeth are loose, try wiggling them just like you would a human kid. If it is already loose, which sometimes they are, you may be able to reach in with some gauze and pull it yourself. DH has pulled a couple out just like he would a human kid with a loose tooth, IF IT IS ALREADY LOOSE. LOL
