Default bacterial infection again

You had said she had a check-up with a blood panel not long ago. When was this? After her first infection?

Were her blood levels completely normal?

Is she lethargic or depressed during these episodes?

How did they come to the conclusion that it was a bacterial infection to begin with? Was it just a guess?
The only thing that she had different was the Bully Stix and she only chewed on it for 10 min. They did a blood panel after the first infection and it was normal. They did the blood panel the second time that she was sick, everything was normal. She is not depressed, she acts normal.
