I think she was talking about extremely tiny Yorkies. For example, if a breeder says your Yorkie won't get bigger then 2 lbs, but then end up becoming 6 lbs, that had nothing to do with the food you fed them. 4 lbs is a big difference. That dog was never going to be THAT tiny so the breeder mislead the buyer so that she could justify her high prices.
