What a lovely memory to have, how precious. I think that was a lovely gesture what you did. what I may do as you have now given me an idea is do something similar and maybe even put a momument on the rocks where he loved to climb we can use some of it and make a little cross out of it and put a pic of him he loved that place so much. I am sure others will come and pay honor to him. You have given me a wonderful idea. The rest we will sprinkle and some we will mould into a cross and erect it in one of his favorite rocks.
