Yes, although some on here have serious doubts, I think I am an intelligent woman...I have a high IQ and I passed the California Bar Exam on the first attempt!! LOL!
You think it is gouging to charge more for a tiny even though they are in higher demand, is it okay if a breeder charges more for a female, what about a champion pedigree? There is no guarantee that a dog with a champion pedigree will have champion looks and temperament but it is okay to charge more and it ia not considered gouging or dishonest. Well, those things don't mean as much to some people as getting a yorkie with the "look" they like and the size they want. It is not gouging or dishonest if the person is fully informed and it is what they want. |
Yes, Kim I think it is gouging to pay more than the average price for any yorkie. I do not know why people charge more for a female but in my experience with the YTCA breeders it is never more than a couple of hundred dollars not thousands!! Kim, I have a champion pedigree in both of my dogs. even little Rio. Mignon has a pedigree that I won't even go into, I still paid no more for her than the going rate from all the show breeders I know. They are PETS for various reasons, if they were show dogs I am sure I would have paid more. But they are PETS. I paid a pet yorkie price.
Now I didn't pass the bar, but I am intelligent enough to realize when someone is taking advantage of me.
