Their personalities vary like all other dogs. Yorkies are born and bred lapdogs so that is where it comes from.
Good luck...not sure what to recommend. I would give her cuddle time but if and when I have things to do that is what has to be done and I won't feel guilty.
Just know that Yorkies are master manipulators and can turn on the charm to get what they want.
