Gouging is another subject and there *is* a lot of that going on.
I am grown up enough to think outside the box dear.
That thinking would still never allow me to consider having a dog shipped. If you are willing to do that you might want to do a little research on that subject. |
Back to the subject - That's the thing with yorkies - we don't KNOW how small or large they are going to be - I think many people here can say they were misled over the size of their yorkies - I am one of them ...
To see a MALE and Female in the exact same litter - He is 950.00 and SHE is 4,000 -How is this justified and why say it's ok ?
I'm not talking about when a breeder or puppy has special circumstances - In thi scase - we're talking about just 2 dogs in one litter - and one HUGE price difference ? Is this not gouging ? a 3 THOUSAND difference in littermates ? Remember - there is no sure-fire guarantee of size.
To me - that's just opening the door for anyone to wants to say they have a very tiny yorkie just to pay for the cruise they've wanted to go on - not to mention all the breeders who AREN'T good ...and will intentionally hold food back to make puppies appear smaller. People will do terrible things for money -
I feel the intentional breeding of small yorkies is a dis-service to the breed - When it comes to anything UNDER 3 pounds - it gets scary.
