I think that the breeder should remove all dew claws before selling the puppy. This is just my opinion. Taylor had back dew claws when we got him. I had them removed when he was neutered. They had a terrible time removing them. That procedure took longer than the neutering. If not removed I was told that they can catch on things and rip out.
