Congratulations on getting KK! I bet she's going to be a lot of fun. Yes, I think that you could do a better job of finding better food for her then Shoneys and wal-mart brand. I think that a lot of dogs don't care for the science diet either. Try a better grade of food, either NB, Wellness, or Natrual Choice, etc. My boys in the morning get about 2Tbsp. of Wellness canned and they just love it!
