Thanks again to everyone for your kind words and encouragement. After having the potential deal fall apart yesterday, and not hearing from Sara in that last day or so (she was emailing me back within a few hours) I'm pretty bummed. I know - patience, patience. But I have been trying to get a yorkie for almost a year and my patience is thin. Especially working from home now, it can get lonely during the day. I am considering Twinkie again. I know she's not a yorkie, but she's small and uber cute and ultra fluffy. Perhaps I was not meant to have a yorkie?
