You'll have to show your ID at the pickup counter. We picked Dozer up at our luggage pickup area of the airport (they unloaded the plane; and he was the last to come off). It was about 10-15 min's after the people got off the plane. He was super friendly, came out of his crate wagging his whole body. Didn't know who we were, but loved us all the same. Wasn't tramautized and has been a wonderful dog since. Although that must have something to do with how he was brought up the first 3 months of his life...
