I put your post under sick or injured --- hope you can find it. Then you just hit reply to post what you want to ask or say. If you need to start a new thread - find the section you want to put it in and go in. On the top left hand side is a tab that says new thread. Click on that, type and then click send. Sorry this isn't exact. I'm just doing it from "old memory". Good Luck!
